FitBox Fitness is a style of training using well-designed functional movements done at a high intensity in a safe, professional uplifting environment guaranteed to get you results. We incorporate the use of kettlebells, dumbbells, weightlifting, gymnastics, plyometrics and good old fashioned cardio to keep programming innovative and fun.

The FitBox brand was founded by Garth High in 2018.  It has since grown into 3 functional fitness facilities in the Northern Suburbs. Run by the FitBox family - Garth High, Michelle Merand, Simone van Wyk (CardioFit) Santa Neethling and Jean Visser.
